Quality Ingredients
Brodi's Kitchen is committed to using premium quality ingredients.  Better ingredients make a better product, and you will taste the difference. We mix our own extra dark brown sugar and grind our own oat flour. We use European style butter, coconut oil and real vanilla. There are not "natural flavors" here. Our Gluten Free flour is our own proprietary blend. Our food may be allergy friendly, but most people just say it is the best they have ever had.
